• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Union) to create an account and use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Creation of automated user accounts ("bots") is strictly restricted to designated internal system actors. Unauthorized scraping or automated bot creation is prohibited.

All content and materials available on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, question banks, explanations, code, and user interface designs, are the intellectual property of SkyRanks and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

3. License & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial education and training. Under this license, you may not:

• Scrape, copy, modify, or distribute the question banks or explanations.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools on the Service.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse-engineer any software contained in the Service.

4. Disclaimer of Aviation Certification

IMPORTANT: The Service is designed as an educational aid and study tool. While we strive for accuracy, the study materials, questions, and explanations provided on SkyRanks are not official certification resources. They should NOT be substituted for official aeronautical publications, flight training guides, or aviation authority directives. Always consult your certified flight instructor (CFI) and official aviation manuals (FAA, EASA, KCAA, etc.) for real-world flight operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

SkyRanks and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service, including but not limited to any flight training delays or exam failures.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
